How the Packages Differ
Basic is the room and the staff. Enhanced adds a coordinator. Legacy adds an MC, streaming, photography and a fourth hour.

Basic Celebration is the facility itself with the equipment and the staff who support it. Enhanced Celebration adds a person: a dedicated coordinator who plans with the family and runs the logistics on the day, plus an AV technician, printed programs and a memorial table. Legacy Tribute adds an MC to guide the room, live streaming and photography, and a fourth hour.

The most common misunderstanding is that the on-site staff or the coordinator will emcee the ceremony. They do not. Families bring their own officiant, or choose Legacy Tribute for a professional MC.

A custom package does not automatically include everything in Legacy Tribute at a lower price; its scope and price are agreed in writing.
Deposit, Deadlines and Payment
25% to hold the date, the balance about a week before, files ten days before.

A signed agreement and a 25% deposit secure the date. The remaining 75% is due about seven days before the service, and add-ons are included in the final invoice. Program details, slideshow and video files and music are due no later than ten days before the service. Legacy Tribute works best with two weeks of lead time; faster is possible if the family handles more of the organizing.
Three Hours, Explained
The window runs from walking in to leaving. A service takes 30 to 45 minutes of it.

The rental window runs from the moment the family walks in to the moment they leave; staff cleanup afterward is not counted. With Basic Celebration the family arrives about 30 minutes before the service to set up. A memorial service usually runs 30 to 45 minutes, which leaves most of the window for the gathering after. Late arrivals that push past the window are billed as an additional hour.
What Legacy Tribute Includes
Photography as digital files, two bouquets, live streaming, a memorial website for a year.

Legacy Tribute's photography means a professional photographer at the service and digital files delivered afterward; prints and albums are not included. The two bouquets sit at the front of the room and are not full venue decoration. Live streaming lets relatives who cannot travel watch the service; it is available but can be temperamental, and helping remote family connect is usually the main task on the day. The custom memorial website is hosted for one year.
How the Day Runs
Agreement and Deposit
After the tour, the family chooses a package and a date. A signed agreement and a 25% deposit hold it.
The Date Is Held
The calendar is marked and the family receives the deadlines for files and the balance.
Sound, Screen and Stream
With Enhanced and Legacy an AV technician runs the sound and projection; Legacy adds live streaming for family who cannot travel.
Programs and the Guest Book
Enhanced and Legacy include up to 100 printed programs, a guest book and memory cards, set on the memorial table before guests arrive.

Memorial Service Venue
A 300-seat sanctuary for a memorial service without the body present, with sound, projection and a room for the meal after.

After a service held somewhere else, family and friends come here to share a meal, sit down together and take a breath.
