What Does a Celebration of Life Cost?

What Each Package Includes
The room, the sound, the screen, the tables and the staff come with every package.

Basic Celebration is three hours in the facility with the 300-seat sanctuary, sound and microphones, projection, the podium, tables and chairs for the reception area and setup and breakdown by staff. Enhanced Celebration adds a dedicated coordinator, an AV technician, up to 100 printed programs, a memorial table, a guest book and coffee and water. Legacy Tribute adds a professional MC, live streaming, photography, two bouquets and a fourth hour.

How Add-Ons Change the Total
Add-ons are priced separately and shape the final figure.

The calculator carries the add-ons the packages page prints: drop-off catering from $15 per person, extra hours at $200, a memorial video at $400, a professional sound operator at $300, live streaming to an additional platform at $150 and printed programs beyond the included 100 at $2 each. Additional floral arrangements are quoted on request and are not in the tool.

Catering is the line that moves most. For 120 guests the starting rate is $1,800, and the caterer sets the final price per person. When the family brings the dishes their loved one was known for, the tool says so and estimates nothing for food.
What the Figure Does Not Include
Nothing from the funeral trade, and no travel claim.

Sacred Farewells is a gathering venue. Nothing related to the care of the deceased happens here or is arranged here, so the figure never includes those costs; licensed funeral providers handle that separate work. The figure also leaves out flowers beyond the two bouquets in Legacy, printed photo albums and anything the family arranges with outside vendors.

Is the calculator's figure a quote?
No. It is a starting figure built from the prices on the packages page as of October 19, 2026. The team confirms the real total once your date is held and the add-ons are chosen.
Why does the price per guest fall when I add guests?
The package price is the same for 30 guests or 300. Only catering and extra printed programs rise with the count, so the room costs less per person as more people share it.
Can we tailor a package to our budget?
Yes. Tell the team the figure you have in mind on the tour request form and Gloria or Susan will suggest the package and add-ons that fit it.
